With Dynamics CRM software, the information that needs to be shared has to be exported from the records before it can be sent to the e-mail program, which is an extra step in the information sharing process that really shouldn’t be necessary.

 

The Prophet CRM software can be used with your existing server.

Since the Dynamics CRM software is produced through Microsoft, it requires at least a Microsoft 2000 server or newer. It will not run through any other type of server. The Prophet CRM software will run through a company’s existing server, regardless of what type it is. This means that especially for small companies, the extra expense of buying a new server would not be a problem or an added expense if the Prophet CRM software is used. Of course if a company is already using a Microsoft 2000 server or better, it would not be an issue, and there would not be any added expense.

 

Prophet CRM software at a reasonable price.

Generally speaking, the Dynamics CRM software is much more expensive than the Prophet CRM software. For each license, the Prophet CRM software cost starts at $199.95.
